Job summary

We are seeking a sourcing specialist to source candidates across seniorities, build pipelines across the US and LATAM using AI tools, and run initial screening conversations to move top talent forward in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience, with international markets preferred.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
