Job summary

Creatio is seeking a proactive Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing candidates across the Americas, especially the US and LATAM, for tech and non-tech roles, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled sourcing and market mapping.

The position is based in Poland, offering opportunities to influence cross-border hiring in a fast-growing AI CRM platform. You will build pipelines, experiment with new AI-powered approaches, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing tech and/or non-tech roles.
• Strong English communication for international interaction.
• Interest in AI tools for sourcing and recruiting.
• Willingness to experiment with new tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across seniority levels for tech and non-tech roles.
• Build talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and the Americas.
• Develop and improve sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Use AI tools to enhance candidate research and market mapping.
• Identify and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align with needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
