Job summary

Creatio, a Boston-based AI CRM and workflow platform, is seeking a proactive Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing across the Americas, especially the US and LATAM, using AI tools to enhance candidate research, market mapping, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Sourcing experience across tech and non-tech roles.
• Experience with international markets is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI and using AI tools in sourcing.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong research skills to identify talent across markets and industries.
• Ability to craft personalized and engaging outreach messages.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the TA team.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across different seniority levels globally.
• Support hiring across tech and non-tech functions as needed.
• Build talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and the Americas.
• Develop and improve sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance research and outreach.
• Experiment with new AI-powered sourcing approaches and share ideas.
• Identify and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand availability and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with TA Specialists to align with hiring needs and priorities.
• Review candidate profiles and conduct initial screening conversations.
• Utilize sourcing channels and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and maintain ATS data.
