Wing Assistant is seeking a Workforce / Bench & Redeployment Manager to own bench management and redeployment strategy. You will ensure idle or at‑risk assistants are re-engaged within 72 hours, balancing workload with client demand and maintaining a hot bench of ready talent.

The role requires experience in workforce management, strong coordination across Ops, TA, and Training, and the ability to meet tight redeployment SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in workforce management, operations or staffing logistics.
• Proven bench or redeployment program experience in BPO/RPO/MSP.
• Knowledge of utilization metrics, forecasting and talent mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Own bench management and redeployment strategy to minimize downtime.
• Engage idle or at‑risk assistants within 72 hours.
• Coordinate across Ops, TA and Training to meet redeployment SLAs.
