Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a remote position. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a great hiring experience across multiple requisitions.

The role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and align with U.S. client business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or Staffing.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and coordinating full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with sourcing strategies, interviewing and offer management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define timelines and write compelling job descriptions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search.
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews and assess candidates for fit and potential.
• Coordinate interview processes across time zones and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Manage offers, negotiations and pre-onboarding activities.
