Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles within the AEC sector.

You will collaborate with a Senior Talent Partner and HR leadership to implement strategies, manage requisitions, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. Ideal candidates embrace AI, automation, and digital transformation, and actively apply new technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining business judgment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in recruiting technical or professional roles in a related industry.
• Bachelors degree in HR, business, communications or a related field.
• Experience managing requisitions within a structured recruiting team.
• Ability to evaluate technical skill sets across engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry job boards; MS365 proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and professional roles in the AEC environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and industry channels.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural alignment; conduct initial interviews.
• Compare candidate capabilities to hiring needs to decide next steps.
• Research and recommend competitive salary ranges.
• Coordinate interview logistics and collect feedback.
• Draft and maintain job descriptions using templates and guidance.
• Maintain regular candidate communication for a positive experience.
• Support offers, including scheduling and documentation with leadership.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and assist with metrics and reporting.
• Contribute to talent pipeline development for recurring AEC roles.
• Participate in process improvements to recruitment tools and candidate experience.
