Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles in the AEC space.

You’ll collaborate with the Senior Talent Partner and hiring managers to execute strategies, manage requisitions, and deliver a strong candidate experience. We emphasize AI, automation, and digital transformation, encouraging proactive learning and AI tool integration to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably within the AEC industry or related technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing assigned requisitions within a structured recruiting team or department.
• Ability to evaluate technical skill sets across engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Proficiency in MS365 platforms (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and professional roles within the AEC environment, with the Senior Talent Partner.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities.
• Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and industry channels.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; conduct initial interviews.
• Compare candidates to hiring needs to decide who moves forward.
• Research and recommend competitive salary ranges to attract top candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Draft and maintain job descriptions using templates and guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates for a positive experience.
• Support offer processes and coordination with Senior Partner and HR.
• Maintain compliant ATS records and assist with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Contribute to talent pipeline development for recurring AEC roles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes.
