Job summary

Enpro is seeking a Talent and Development Manager to shape enterprise talent practices, align strategies with business priorities, and drive organizational effectiveness through data-driven learning initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with HR and business leaders, lead performance management and leadership development, and champion scalable learning programs across a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or learning & development.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Talent & Development partner to a business segment or function, advising on talent planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as Global Process Owner for enterprise talent processes (e.g., performance management, engagement, mentoring) ensuring processes are data-driven and scalable.
• Create and curate modern learning content (online and in-person) to build leadership capability and role-specific expertise.
• Establish and lead Enpro Trainer Network for consistent learning delivery.
• Provide change management support and cultural stewardship for enterprise initiatives.
