Key duties include researching opportunities, coordinating travel and accommodations, managing contracts and payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• 1. Talent Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact between client and event organizers, promoters, venues, or clients
• 2. Booking Engagements: Research and identify potential opportunities for clients, including performances, speaking engagements, tours, appearances, and more.
• 3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, fees, and other contract details to ensure favorable conditions for the client.
• 4. Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations.
• 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors
• 6. Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner.
• 7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to provide strategic booking advice to clients.
• 8. Problem Solving: Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in relation to bookings.
