Responsibilities

• Talent Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact between client and event organizers, promoters, venues, or clients.
• Booking Engagements: Research and identify potential opportunities for clients, including performances, speaking engagements, tours, appearances, and more.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, fees, and other contract details to ensure favorable conditions for the client.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to provide strategic booking advice to clients.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in relation to bookings.
