American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salary manufacturing roles in the beef industry. You will partner with facility leadership, optimize sourcing channels, and drive data-driven hiring results for a high-volume organization.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with iCIMS, and prior success in fast-paced, manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing employees.
• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole.
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for hourly and salary roles.
• Lead recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Drive process improvements and candidate experience across high-volume hiring.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site hiring events and job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align compensation details and relocation support.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and reports to monitor hiring progress.
• Utilize data-driven sourcing to optimize channel effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional candidate rapport from initial contact through onboarding.
