Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals (Psych and Therapy preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews (required).
• Data‑driven recruitment strategy experience (metrics, time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through online channels and networking.
• Meet with hiring managers to identify key competencies.
• Interview candidates to verify minimum qualifications.
• Maintain ongoing candidate relationships.
• Manage requisitions and documentation to SLA.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide talent decisions.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
