Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer for both part-time and full-time roles.
• Prospect and engage passive candidates, maintain a strong pipeline, and develop market insights.
• Evaluate talent through interviews and culture fit assessments.
• Launch campaigns to attract top talent through targeted recruiting & marketing efforts.
• Drive recruitment innovation, adopting new tools and university recruitment strategies.
