Onterris Payroll, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to join our collaborative team. You will partner with hiring managers, shape candidate experiences, and deliver strong hiring outcomes across roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments, demonstrates sourcing of passive candidates, and uses ATS and recruiting technologies to drive time-to-fill improvements and high candidate satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Agency and university recruiting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the recruitment process from outreach to offer for both part-time and full-time roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent and develop market insights.
• Evaluate candidates through interviews for motivation, skills, and culture fit.
• Launch campaigns and recruit creatively to attract top talent.
• Drive recruitment innovation and improve recruiting metrics and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
