Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for manufacturing and engineering roles across our U.S. sites. You will build sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and present offers to hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will work with department heads, maintain the ATS, and manage vendor relationships to meet production needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including for cleared positions.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience recruiting for DoD and military industry roles.
• Experience with manufacturing operations recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and facilitate the full interview process and offers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage candidate experience.
• Promote the employer brand on social platforms and at events.
• Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruiting events.
