Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) to align HR strategies with business needs across Auburn Hills and other worksites. This role leads recruitment design, employer branding, workforce planning, and compliance with employment laws.

You will partner with site and department leaders, analyze HR metrics, drive talent pipelines, and support learning, development, and succession initiatives while ensuring a positive, compliant employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to understand business needs and provide HR support.
• Analyze HR metrics to develop proactive policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Support leaders in resolving employee relations matters and improving retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance across locations.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Identify training needs and evaluate programs.
• Own recruitment strategy and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines and employer branding with Marketing.
• Implement recruiting analytics and cost-to-hire metrics.
• Support succession planning and critical role mapping.
