What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, post, and manage job listings on various platforms
- Review applications and resumes, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate next steps

- Track applicant progress using the applicant tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple open positions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail, especially in managing candidate data and communications
