Perdue Foods is seeking a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team to own full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This remote role targets East Coast candidates, preferably from the DELMARVA region, with up to 10% travel. Ideal candidates are proactive, relationship-driven, and excel at prioritizing workload and candidate experience while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional recruiting for non-exempt/exempt roles.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly, non-exempt roles.
• Create requisitions, source candidates, review resumes and screen.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment tasks.
• Develop search strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR for a superior experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and reporting.
