Perdue Foods is seeking a remote Recruiter to drive full life cycle recruiting for hourly and exempt roles across the East Coast and Delmarva region. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and manage the interview process while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

The role offers a base salary range of $68,000–$102,000 per year with an annual bonus based on performance, along with a competitive benefits package. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, or communications.
• 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience for non-exempt/exempt roles.
• Comfort with sourcing passive candidates using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Exposure to ATS and Candidate Management Systems.
• Understanding of OFCCP requirements and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes with competing deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and professional roles across multiple functions.
• Create requisitions, source candidates, review resumes, pre-screen, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Develop search strategies to attract top talent using multiple channels.
• Leverage sourcing tools (job boards, social networks, Boolean search) to identify candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to ensure a superior candidate and client experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and reporting tools.
• Support recruitment programs for specialized trades and campus outreach.
• Monitor market trends and diversity recruiting metrics to forecast needs.
• Represent Perdue’s employer brand in online and offline channels.
