Job summary

Roquette Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team on a 6-month contract. The role leads full-cycle recruitment, partners with hiring managers, and builds sourcing strategies to create strong pipelines and a positive candidate experience. Location options include Wilmington, DE or Lower Gwynedd, PA.

You will manage intake, describe roles, conduct interviews, and use data to improve hiring outcomes while aligning with Roquette’s employer branding and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably across multiple industries.
• Experience filling positions across varied levels and business units.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Guide hiring teams through the recruitment process and support timely decisions.
• Use recruiting data to monitor outcomes and improve processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Contribute to employer branding to strengthen Roquette’s reputation as an employer of choice.
