Job summary

MasTec Industrial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist I or II to lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of positions across North America. You will partner with operations leaders to anticipate workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and drive successful hires in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role can be located anywhere in the continental United States. Candidates should be comfortable working standard business hours and traveling up to 10% for recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruiting experience required; construction experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for recruiting events.
• Compensation varies by level: I $65k-$85k; II $75k-$95k per year.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, guiding hiring strategies and evaluations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines for construction, operations and support functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies via networking, referrals, social media, job boards and talent communities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and tools.
• Support diversity, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting projects, events, and workforce planning activities.
