Job summary

MasTec Industrial is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I or II to attract, engage, and hire skilled professionals for complex industrial projects across North America. You will partner with operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines supporting current and future projects.

The role handles full-cycle recruiting for positions across construction and operations, requiring adaptability and a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience; construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor and guide on hiring strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across construction, operations, and support functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and talent communities.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with timely hiring decisions.
