MasTec Industrial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I or II to attract, engage, and hire skilled professionals for complex industrial projects across North America. This full‑cycle role partners with operations leaders to anticipate workforce needs, build pipelines, and drive timely hiring decisions in a dynamic environment.

The position supports a diverse range of roles, offers remote work within the continental United States, and requires up to 10% travel for recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 10% for career fairs and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor and guide on hiring strategy.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines for construction, operations, and support roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and talent communities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and manager experience with timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and coaching for managers.
• Support diversity, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting projects, events, and workforce planning.
