The role supports workforce planning, builds candidate pipelines, sources talent, and works with leadership to implement recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least three years’ successful recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on key metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, preferably long-term care, skilled nursing/rehabilitation and/or assisted living.
• Demonstrated experience driving recruiting initiatives.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• These benefits are available to full-time employees. 401k is available to FT and PT employees. Minnesota and Nebraska employees are eligible for Sick time regardless of status.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment and workforce planning initiatives for resource center and facility executive leadership positions.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies including social media, community events, job fairs, school partnerships, and outreach to ensure vacancies align with facility targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews, evaluates resumes and credentials, and selects candidates for the interview process.
• Sources candidates and pre-closes candidates during intake.
• Maintains knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and policies; addresses applicant inquiries.
• Manages projects and other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing or other leaders.
