Job summary

Accura HealthCare is seeking an Iowa-based Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment and workforce planning across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities. This primarily remote role prefers candidates within commuting distance of Des Moines, IA, with occasional travel across Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

You will forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, source and attract talent, and work with leadership to implement recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of successful recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare/long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment and workforce planning for the organization.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies including events and partnerships.
• Uses behavioral interviewing to assess candidates and fit.
• Sources and pre-closes candidates during intake.
• Maintains knowledge of benefit plans and policies; assists applicants.
• Manages projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.
