Job summary

ChildServe in Johnston, IA is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment strategies for clinical roles and drive the full hiring process to help us build a team that transforms lives daily.

You will collaborate with the HR team, manage postings and sourcing, attend events, and ensure compliant, timely communication with applicants. This hybrid role supports our mission to care for children and young adults and offers a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or currently licensed as a clinician in the state of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with colleges, community groups, and professional organizations to attract candidates.
• Applicant Selection & Analysis: Evaluate qualifications and analyze sourcing data to optimize recruitment.
• Hiring Process: Oversee hiring processes, ensuring compliance with laws, accurate data entry, and timely communication.
• Human Resources Partnership: Collaborate with HR to deliver advice on recruitment, selection, and wage determinations.
• Reporting & Compliance: Analyze recruitment metrics and ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred or licensed clinician in Iowa
