SavATree is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support regional hiring remotely with light travel. You will build pipelines, promote our employer brand, and partner with TA and branches to fill roles quickly while maintaining quality hires.

In this role you will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present qualified leads to the TA team. You will leverage ATS, attend career events, and help shape SavATree’s growth in the green industry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or related HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or in-process degree in marketing, business, human resources, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Infiltrate community networks to attract potential candidates.
• Represent SavATree at career fairs and events.
• Screen resumes and prescreen candidates for minimum requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes using ATS.
• Track KPI to achieve 110% staffing and 85% retention.
• Partner with TA team and branches for staffing.
