Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive recruitment initiatives across assigned districts. The role focuses on building strong community relationships, representing the brand at events, and generating robust candidate pipelines.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, and work closely with TA and branch teams to ensure timely, high-quality staffing. Remote work is available with 10–15% travel.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
• Influential personality capable of selling the SavATree story to diverse audiences.
• Fearless and driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to connect with a broad spectrum of people including labor and community leaders.
• Fluency with social media and internet channels for recruitment.
• Willingness to travel; own transportation for outside-location recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships in communities to generate candidate pipelines.
• Represent SavATree at career fairs and community events.
• Create compelling recruitment materials with TA team and branch staff.
• Screen, interview and prescreen candidates for minimum requirements.
• Coordinate offers and new-hire orientation with TA/Branch Manager.
• Utilize ATS to manage requisitions, applicants and reporting.
• Meet KPI targets: 50-day hiring, 110% staffing, 85% retention.
• Document recruitment strategies and territory effectiveness.
