Job summary

SavATree is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the United States. This remote role requires 10-15% regional travel and involves building pipelines, representing the brand at career events, and partnering with TA and branches to fill roles quickly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or in-process degree in marketing, business, human resources, or related field.
• Fluency in social media and internet.
• Green Industry experience considered a plus.
• Must have own transportation to travel to outside locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships to build candidate pipelines and staff coverage.
• Promote SavATree employment opportunities and employer branding.
• Represent SavATree at career events and community events.
• Screen, prescreen, and present qualified candidates to TA/Branch teams.
• Coordinate offers and new hire orientation with TA/Branch Manager.
• Maintain recruitment KPIs and report on progress.
