Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing experience.
• Proven ability to screen candidates and conduct assessments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across functions/industries.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tech (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels to attract talent.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial assessments against job requirements.
• Lead phone/virtual screening interviews and present candidates with summaries.
