Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Talent Partner on a temporary contract to join our Talent Acquisition team in Canada.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, screening, and building strong talent pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to identify top candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience early in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, experience with ATS tools, and a proven ability to engage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting.
Experience screening candidates and using ATS.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.
Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.
Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest levels.
Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
