Hitachi Energy USA INC. is seeking a proactive Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary contract basis.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and building strong talent pipelines with hiring managers in a fast-paced, global organization. The position entails leading screening interviews, presenting qualified candidates, and maintaining candidate records across ATS platforms, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing.
• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tech such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to attract talent.
• Lead phone and virtual screening interviews and assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
