Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to provide operational support for the corporate Talent Acquisition function. You will administer recruiting systems, coordinate activities, maintain reporting, and drive process improvements to create a consistent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition or HR experience with recruiting operations, reporting, and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting an applicant tracking system and building reports, dashboards, trackers, or other operational reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with workflow automation, recruiting technology implementations, high-volume recruiting operations, healthcare, or multi-state environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Talent Acquisition systems and workflows, including requisition and offer approvals, job setup and posting, data maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and data standards to improve visibility into recruiting activity, platform performance, and outcomes.
• Support the corporate Talent Acquisition team’s use of ATS, sourcing, and recruiting platforms (Indeed and LinkedIn); coordinate user access, vendor requests, system issues, and implementation activities.
• Partner with TA leadership to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and coordinate process and technology improvements, including workflow enhancements, system transitions, documentation, training resources, and automation tools.
• Provide coordination support such as preparing team communications, scheduling meetings/interviews, and coordinating offer letters and related documents.
