Job summary

Ledgebrook is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our growing recruitment function and manage a team of three internal recruiters across the US and Poland, plus external agency partners. You will own end-to-end hiring strategy aligned with our growth goals, partner with People and Experience teams, and ensure Ledgebrook remains a competitive place to build a career across geographies and roles.

This role requires strategic thinking and data-driven decision making to champion inclusive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2+ years leading a recruitment team across multiple geographies.
• Ability to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Experience managing external recruitment agencies and evaluating ROI.
• Data-driven with experience building dashboards to track performance.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Process-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of recruiters across the US and Poland.
• Own Ledgebrook's end-to-end hiring strategy and ensure alignment with growth goals.
• Collaborate with People, Experience, and hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Manage relationships with external agency partners and optimize ROI.
• Identify new sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
