Job summary

JLL in Chicago seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to shape our recruitment strategy and scale our growth. This hybrid role requires 3+ days in a local JLL office per week and close collaboration with senior leadership.

You will build scalable processes, lead a recruitment team, and partner with marketing to strengthen employer branding while using data analytics to improve time-to-hire.

This position does not sponsor visas and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment or HR experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of business operations, technologies, and the competitive talent landscape.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and managing complex, multi-location hiring initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
