Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and boost engagement.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates.
• Provide training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and insurance industry developments.
