Qualifications

• Familiar with recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirements to offers.
• Source candidates via job portals and social media.
• Use Boolean search and talent databases to find candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and manage onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track time-to-hire and offer metrics.
• Represent employer brand in candidate interactions.
