As a Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship in the field of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume retail hiring across our corporate-owned outposts.

Qualifications

• Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation.
• Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Learn how to coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers.
• HR Systems & Workflow Support: Get trained in Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines and requisitions.
• Candidate Experience & Communication: Be the main point of contact for candidates and guide them through interviews.
