Qualifications

• Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days.
• Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers.
• Manage multiple schedules across time zones using digital tools.
• Prepare candidates and hiring teams for a great interview experience.
• Post jobs, update statuses, and keep records clean and accurate in Workday.
• Develop documentation for applicant tracking and workflows.
• Maintain high-touch candidate communications throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR, Ops, and Store Leadership.
