Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support staffing across multiple locations. The role involves partner collaboration with Talent Operations and leadership to identify hiring priorities and manage candidate flow from screening through to interview scheduling.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing openings across a fast-paced, multi-location environment while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, talent acquisition, or related work.
• Experience supporting hourly or multi-location recruiting is preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required; Workable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Operations and field leaders to identify staffing needs.
• Review applications and source qualified candidates via ATS, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Recruit for Guest Service Associate, Wax Specialist, and center leadership roles across locations.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to assess experience, qualifications, availability, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and center/field leadership.
• Provide updates and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workable and trackers.
