Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support staffing across multiple locations.

The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in Workable with a focus on Guest Service Associate, Wax Specialist, and leadership roles. The position is primarily remote and part-time (15–20 hours per week) with a weekday schedule established with the manager.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, candidate screening, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience supporting hourly or multi-location recruiting is preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required; Workable experience is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and changing hiring priorities.
• Professional and responsive communication across phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to maintain accurate recruiting records, notes, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Operations and field leaders to identify and prioritize current staffing needs.
• Review incoming applications and source qualified candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Recruit for Guest Service Associate, Wax Specialist, and leadership positions across multiple locations.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, schedule, location, and compensation.
• Provide screening notes and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and center or field leadership.
• Follow up with candidates and teams regarding feedback and next steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workable and trackers.
• Respond promptly to candidates and hiring teams during working hours.
• Communicate recruiting challenges and pipeline concerns to leadership.
• Track outreach, screenings, interviews, and hiring progress; provide updates to the Talent Operations & Development Manager.
• Support recruiting campaigns, school partnerships, and local events as assigned.
• Protect confidential applicant information and follow company procedures.
