European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting across our locations. The role involves screening, candidate experience, and coordination with Talent Operations and field leadership to fillGuest Service, Wax Specialist, and leadership roles.

The position is primarily remote, ~15–20 hours per week, with a weekday schedule and proximity to market needs. Candidates should be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple openings.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is preferred; Workable is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and changing hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Operations and field leaders to identify staffing needs and priorities.
• Review applications and source qualified candidates via ATS, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Recruit for Guest Service Associate, Wax Specialist, and center leadership roles across locations.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate experience, scheduling, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Provide screening notes and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
