Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting across our locations.

The role partners with Talent Operations and field leadership to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and conduct initial screenings, ensuring a professional candidate experience. You will manage multiple openings across markets, perform phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records in Workable and internal trackers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across hourly or multi-location roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required; Workable a plus.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Professional communication across phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple openings with shifting priorities.
• Ability to maintain accurate recruiting records and notes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Operations and field leaders to identify staffing needs.
• Review applications and source qualified candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals.
• Recruit for Guest Service Associate, Wax Specialist, and center leadership roles.
• Conduct structured phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in systems.
• Communicate recruiting challenges and updates to leadership.
• Support recruiting campaigns and local hiring events.
