Kelly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter on a 3-month contract based in New York. The role supports a busy HR team with screening, scheduling, and offer coordination, while maintaining candidate files and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This contract opportunity allows for remote work with preference for NY-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or coordination.
• Experience with resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Familiar with the offer process and onboarding activities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Located in New York or a neighboring state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic resume screening and identify qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and site leadership.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with processing and extending employment offers.
• Update and maintain accurate candidate files and recruiting records.
• Track candidate activity and ensure recruiting information is kept current.
• Provide general recruiting and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Work closely with HR leaders and Site Leads to coordinate recruiting activities and keep hiring processes moving.
• Manage multiple candidates and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
