Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate for a 3-month TEMP assignment. This 100% remote role pays $35.00-$40.00/hr with standard M-F, 8am-5pm hours. Dates: 11/9/2026 - 2/8/2027.

The candidate will build stakeholder relationships, develop recruitment plans, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews across locations, while supporting HR teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned area, connecting regularly regarding site needs.
• Develops a plan to fully understand the talent acquisition needs, the strategy, and action plan.
• Communicates openly with all candidates, hiring managers, and human resources teams.
• Sets up tracking tools to document data related to posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pre-employment activities by location and position.
• Identifies sources for posting and sourcing candidates, ensures follow-up for the most productive postings, and recommends adjustments when needed.
• Source candidates, including reaching out to warm candidates identified through systems.
• Screens new applications timely, and conducts virtual/telephone interviews with qualified candidates for hiring consideration.
• Schedules candidates with hiring and human resources managers.
• Follows up with all parties for timely offers and pre-employment commencement.
• Articulates pre-employment process with the ability to follow up to ensure the process is expedited.
• Problem-solve and react quickly to concerns/issues presented in all stages of the recruitment life cycle.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
