Spiralyze LLC is a data-driven A/B testing company based in the United States, serving major brands worldwide. We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, draft ads, and manage candidate data while helping HR and hiring managers forecast staffing needs. This full-time, permanently remote role offers flexible hours and a monthly USD salary in the disclosed range.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to learn people and move candidates through the pipeline.
• Present company opportunities professionally to prospective hires.
• Able to understand company offerings and clearly communicate roles to candidates.
• Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate communications.
• Organized management of multiple candidates across roles and stages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on staffing needs and requirements.
• Scout talent on platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Utilize an ATS to streamline processes and maintain records.
