Spiralyze LLC is a data-driven A/B testing company seeking an Associate Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire great talent for a remote-first team. You will source candidates across platforms, screen resumes, and conduct interviews while posting ads and maintaining ATS records.

You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, scout talent on major platforms, monitor trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience through a fast, efficient pipeline.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with 0-3 years in HR or recruitment.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience and fit.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Scout talent on Indeed, LinkedIn, UpWork and Behance.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Utilize an ATS to streamline processes and records.
