Spiralyze LLC is a data-driven A/B testing company based in the United States, serving major brands worldwide. We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, draft ads, and manage candidate data while helping HR and hiring managers forecast staffing needs. This full-time, permanently remote role offers flexible hours and a monthly USD salary in the disclosed range.

We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiterto help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Sourcing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Advertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Talent Scouting. Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Enthusiasm. Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
• Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at the company.
• Quick Learner. You will understand what the company does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates.
• Organization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
• Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Required language is English.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Nice to Have. Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be an advantage.
• Entry- Level (0-3 years of experience). We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in the HR industry!
