Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to own full-cycle recruitment for entry- and mid-level roles. This remote position supports hiring teams across the United States and requires occasional travel to Melville, NY for internal meetings.

You will manage candidate intake, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination while maintaining accurate records and strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Zoom, Slack, email, and phone.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing tools.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews via Zoom with thoughtful scorecards.
• Schedule interviews, events, and walk-ins to ensure a smooth process.
• Administer assessments, background checks, and reference checks as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer and maintain candidate communications.
• Maintain audit-ready records and track recruiting metrics for leadership.
