Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to enhance our client’s hiring outcomes. You will craft sourcing strategies, execute multi-channel outreach, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience to strengthen the employer brand in the marketplace.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop competency-based interview guides, and manage the recruitment process from requisition validation to final selection, while ensuring consistency and fairness across roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Indeed and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market recruiting strategy and execute sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed and industry groups.
• Screen candidates by phone to build strong candidate pools and quality of hire.
• Coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines, and provide regular recruitment updates to managers.
• Support campus recruiting and represent the employer brand at events and career fairs.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and assist in on-site interviews when needed.
